Slot 1: Dedicated for Scissor sharpening.To sharpen your scissors, close the scissor blades on the rod located in slot 1 and “Push” through it 4 to 6 times.please note taht for any type of sharpening,always sharpening in one direction.In the scissors case, it shoud always be”Pushing”.
Slot 2: Dedicated for really damaged knives and blades.Slot 2 will reshape your most damaged blades back to its orginal shape.4 to 6 “Pulls”through this solt should be enough to revive your knives and blades.Once you are done with Slot 2,you should work your way up Slot 3 and Slot 4 with 4 to 6″Pulls” through slot.
Slot 3 and Slot 4: Dedicated for knives and blades that needs refreshing.If your knife in a good shape already but needs some refreshing , just run it through Slot 3 and Slot 4 for 4 to 6 Pulls on each slot.
Please Note:
Always hold the knife perpendicular to the knife sharpner while sharpening, for rxample,at an angle of 90 degrees.
Clean and Dry the knives before and after sharpening.
